What to include for a wrong result
A good report lets us reproduce the problem. Please tell us the tool or page, your edition (Java or Bedrock), the exact game version, the seed or coordinates you entered, what the tool showed and what you saw in the game. Screenshots of the F3 screen in Java Edition help a lot.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give Minecraft account, purchase or technical support for the game itself. Contact Minecraft Support for that. We also cannot recover a lost world, although our guide to finding your seed can help you rebuild one.
